TelStar Hosted Contact Center Solutions provides industry leading Communications-as-a-Service (“CaaS”) to small and medium businesses on a hosted basis. TelStar was founded in 2006 as a division of TouchStar Software Corporation, which sold software product and services primarily to the premise-based call center industry. The Company emerged out of receivership in 2009 and needed to divest certain divisions to raise cash.
